Click Read More + Comment for additional photos. Instead of my usual style posts I had an idea of sometimes incorporating style posts while out and about since I am always… out and about, lol. A few weeks ago my sister, TK Wonder and I attend my good friend’s birthday get together in Williamsburg (Brooklyn, NY) at her and boyfriend’s amazing loft space. The night was filled with good wine, good music and even better vibes.

But you just had to include those cupcakes didn’t you…? While I’m trying to avoid sugar.

  As for those cupcakes you are in luck since they are vegan: ”most products are sweetened with agave nectar—a natural syrup from a cactus which is low on the glycemic index and often a safe alternative to most non-insulin dependent diabetics. Occasionally, unprocessed and unrefined sugar is used in certain goods, although sparingly.” -Babycakes
  
  If you are in the area I’m sure you can just ask which products have the “unprocessed & unrefined sugar”, though as they mentioned it is used sparingly ;D

Quick question.. how is TK’s hair? Is it loc’d or in protective style twists like the Marley Twists from “thegoodhairblog”?

  Her hair is in big chunky twists which we have deemed “feathered” twists (the twists are just really worn in or fuzzed for a dreaded look without the actual locs) or sometimes she wears “feather” braids. ;D
