During the colder weather months I like to switch up some of my products. It’s important to make sure you maintain moisture in your hair during colder weather because this is when your hair becomes drier and more fragile. A great way to pack in moisture is to invest in products that are thicker and creamier. Some great ingredients to look for are shea butter, avocado butter, and castor oil. These products will help add more protection and longer lasting moisture retention. I also like to do hair styles that help me maintain moisture longer and protect my ends like, loose buns and two strand twists. Here are three of my favorite products for those cold days:
1. Darcy’s Botanicals Pumpkin Seed Curl Moisturizing Conditioner : This conditioner is thick, super moisturizing, and a great detangler.
