Roble Ali’, known as “Chef Roble” from the popular Bravo show; “Chef Roble’ & Co.,” celebrates his birthday during ‘Everyday People’ brunch on May 18th. Held at the DL in the lower eastside, Roble’s renowned monthly brunch bash, ‘Everyday People‘ was founded along with partners and friends; Co-Founder of blog and creative agency; Sokoni Worldwide, Saada Ahmed, and Mohamed “DJ Moma” Hamad.
Saada who was inspired by Arrested Development’s song, “People Everyday”, regarding the conceptualization of the name, though the energy of the brunch party itself, was actually influenced from a need to represent more of an artistic, fun, cool and eclectic New York demographic, versus the polar opposite from many popular day brunches that seem to exude a scene more fitting for the reserved Fortune 500. The three soon merged forces and created one of the most coveted brunch parties in NYC.
We of course all know the perfect recipe for any good brunch provides the obvious; a scrumptious food experience which Everyday People does just that, but with a blend of live performances, and music that will burn off every single calorie you just consumed, what really sets this brunch apart from the countless others is a simple but undeniable ingredient…the people.
