This is an oldie but goodie, one of my first staple products that I have left stranded underneath my sink ever since I found Curls Curl Souffle about 8 months ago. Hair Rules Curly Whip has treated my hair kindly in the past, giving me gentle hold, less frizz, shine, and moisture. I have used it as a leave-in moisturizing cream and to freshen up my ends through out the week.  I will be using this product again now that its warmer, plus I payed too got dang much for it! This is a protein enriched formula that protects strands from the humidity. It contains the ingredient PEG-12 dimethicone which is water soluble and does not coat the hair strand like many other cones do. I always go into Ricky’s NYC store to buy this, they have an 8oz. for $20 and a 16oz. for $29.50. You can also purchase it online at Ricky’s NYC or they have a sample size 20z for $9.50 at the HairRules site.
